In particular, the general mandatory conditions for the acquisition of dogs are intended to include the age of 18 (for citizens) and the existence in the statute as one of the main statutory activities of cinema (for legal persons). In doing so, citizens who buy dogs will be required to attend the initial training of dogs. Such an obligation would not apply only to the owners of dogs of decorative and room breeds.
In turn, the acquisition of dogs of potentially dangerous breeds will be possible when licensed for sale, maintenance and breeding of such dogs (as exemplified by the South Russian, Mid-Asian, Caucasus, German sheep, Doberman, Rotweiler, German dog, butterer, pit bullyer, stutterer, American bulldoz, United States bulldog). Non-recurrent fees will be charged for issuing licences and extending their duration to legal and natural persons. Obligation to list certain species potentially dangerous dog species The Government of the Russian Federation and the regional executive bodies of the State will be attached.
It is also planned to register all dogs who have reached the age of three months (in the case of the acquisition of a dog over three months, registration must be made within one month of acquisition). When registered, the dog owner will receive a registration card and a license plate that must be attached to the dog's collar. The registration of a dog will be subject to a duty not exceeding the one-time statutory minimum on the day of payment. Such a duty would not be paid by the public administrations using official dogs, as well as blind citizens using dogs as excuses. The owners of sterilized dogs are allowed to pay half the fee. Payments will be credited to local budgets at the location of the registration authority.
